Housecall Pro is designed to make scheduling faster, easier, and more reliable. Whether you’re booking an appointment online or over the phone, everything now flows through a system built to keep things simple.
From appointment reminders to real-time technician updates, Housecall Pro keeps you informed every step of the way. You’ll know exactly when we’re on the way and who to expect at your door.
With just a few clicks, you can schedule your next tune-up, repair, or installation directly through our new booking system. It’s straightforward, mobile-friendly, and available 24/7.
We’re currently in the process of securely transferring all of our customers’ information from Sera into Housecall Pro. This may take some time, but rest assured—your service history, memberships, and notes are being moved over carefully. If something doesn’t appear right away in the new system, we’ve still got your information on file and will make sure nothing is lost.
Switching from Sera to Housecall Pro is part of our ongoing commitment to raise the bar for customer service. We want every interaction with Texas Pride Heating & Air to be seamless, stress-free, and dependable.
We switched to Housecall Pro on August 1st, 2025. Sera is the older system.
